We aim for complete transparency in our pricing. If you have any additional questions about our process or custom requirements, please don't hesitate to reach out.
What are your deposit requirements?
Our shop doesn't have a required deposit; however, it is encouraged. Those who pay in full up front go to the front of the line for who is to be serviced, Once those individuals have been completely serviced, clients who have paid a deposit will then be serviced, and finally, those who havent paid a deposit will be serviced last. Mounting instructions are requited before we begin assembling your piece.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary by season and project complexity. Generally, quality preservation takes between 8 to 12 months for standard shoulder mounts, but the time it takes is largely varied by the payment and current workload.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we offer limited rush options for an additional fee, depending on current studio capacity. Please inquire at the time of drop-off for availability and current rush rates.
How is custom pose and habitat work priced?
Customized habitat, specialized wood bases, and modified poses are quoted individually. These enhancements add character to your mount and are priced based on time and materials required.
How do shipping and transport costs work?
Shipping and logistics are handled through specialized partners. Prices are based on volume, weight, and destination. We provide a separate quote for crating and transport services once the mount is finished.
